Activity: 2.12 - Validate Drivers And Strategy

Validate if the drivers and strategy of the client are in sync with the findings of the As-Is Understanding and the approach of the engagement. It's a sanity check of the engagements objectives, given the findings of the As-Is Understanding. This activity is a separate activity. It is no part of the As-is Understanding. This activity is a useful leg up to Phase 3: the To-Be Design.
